The caos theory is related to small changes in a certain point of the globe which have a huge impact in another point. In the ideological sphere, little and spontaneous decisions, seen as insignificant, generate transformations in an unknown future. Such as different politics, thought in distinct contexts in the past, can provoque catasthrophical effects nowadays.
